The nitty-gritty on design
We build these with high-purity quartz glass because it can handle the stress of turning on and off all day without cracking. We make them circular for a simple reason:**no cold spots.**Nothing is worse than pulling a batch out and finding three burnt rolls and five raw ones. Now, a quick word of caution on wattage. You’ve got to match the power to the size of your chamber. More wattage means more heat density, which sounds great, but there’s a catch. Setting it up and keeping it running
