Built to Last
We wrapped the element in a quartz envelope, filled with halogen. That halogen cycle is the hero here—it keeps the filament stable, so it won’t burn out, even with constant on/off cycling. The quartz body can handle the shock of rapid temperature changes and keeps the heat output consistent, even during those long, grueling runs. We also added a special coating to the tube. It manages the emissivity and gives the heater a shield against the chemicals inside the steam. Installation is a breeze, thanks to the R7s connector. It’s an end-to-end contact design that makes wiring simple. The connection is solid, low-resistance, and tough enough to handle vibration and the constant heating and cooling. It’s a straight drop-in for standard mounting brackets, which means less time spent on changeovers out on the shop floor.
