Here’s the thing: this lamp is all about speed. It runs on high voltage, typically 400V, to light up the filament fast and bring the quartz envelope up to temperature within seconds. The length is 300mm, and the diameter stays compact, so it fits neatly into standard cabinets without giving up heat coverage. We tuned the wattage to deliver the right heat density across the whole interior, so every surface hits the temperature it needs for effective disinfection.
The Materials That Make It Reliable
Inside the quartz envelope, the halogen cycle keeps the filament stable and prevents blackening. That means consistent output over the life of the lamp—no dimming, no surprises. Quartz handles the thermal shock of rapid on/off cycling and transmits shortwave infrared energy efficiently, heating surfaces directly instead of wasting time warming the air. And the R7s connector? It’s simple, two-ended, and easy to wire. It holds steady in the socket, even when the cabinet environment gets shaky. The footprint stays small, and installation stays straightforward.
