The materials that make it work
The tube itself isn’t made from regular glass. It’s quartz. This stuff can handle the intense heat shock from the halogen cycle and still lets all that infrared energy pass right through. Then there’s the halogen gas inside. That’s the secret to the long life. It constantly recycles the tungsten filament, which prevents the tube from going dim and keeps the output steady for thousands of hours. We also add a special coating to filter out visible light, so you’re left with pure infrared warmth. This is crucial for displays—no glare, just clean, clear glass. And for the connection, we use the industry-standard R7s connector. It’s simple to wire, stays secure even with constant vibration, and can handle the high temperatures without blinking.
